2016 Holiday Shipping Schedule
Please use this map as a guide for shipping orders via UPS Ground. In order for your order to reach its destination by or on December 24, your order must be placed by 11:59p EST on the corresponding cutoff date.*
We will continue to make expedited shipping options available through noon EST on Friday, December 23. To ensure you are selecting the correct expedited shipping method, please call us at 877.648.8333.
Any orders placed between December 24 and January 3 will ship on January 4.
Brooklyn Slate Company is not responsible for delayed or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by UPS due to weather or mechanical difficulties. Please note that UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes.
*Monogram Engraving
If you place a monogram engraving order between 12:00a EST on Wednesday, December 14 and 11:59p EST on Sunday, December 18, you must select the "1 business day" option on the product page to ensure your order is ready to ship on Monday, December 19. To ensure your order reaches its destination by or on December 24, you must select an expedited shipping method, or call us at 877.648.8333 for assistance in selecting a recommended expedited shipping method.
The engraving studio will be closed from Monday, December 19, through Tuesday, January 3. All other monogram engraving orders will be processed beginning Wednesday, January 4.
International Shipping
Unfortunately we cannot ship web orders to countries other than the United States at this time. Please visit Williams-Sonoma for international shipping options.
Gifts & Personalized Notes
If you would like to include a personalized note with your order, you may enter it when checking out. All orders shipping to an address different from your billing address will not include a packing slip or any pricing information.
