If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, we'll work with you to make it right or refund your order in full. Domestic Shipping

We ship via UPS to anywhere within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. All orders ship within 24 - 48 hours, Monday through Thursday. All orders ship by UPS Ground unless you specify otherwise. You can select your desired shipping method during the checkout process.

Please note that UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes.

International Shipping

Unfortunately we cannot ship web orders to countries other than the United States at this time. Please visit Williams-Sonoma for international shipping options.

Delivery on a Specific Date

We're happy to hold your order for arrival at its destination in the future. On checkout, simply enter your desired arrival date in the notes field. Please note that we do our best to ensure delivery within 1 - 2 days of the desired arrival date.

Gifts & Personalized Notes

If you would like to include a personalized note with your order, you may enter it when checking out. All orders shipping to an address different from your billing address will not include a packing slip or any pricing information.
