We've collaborated with our friends at Formaticum Cheese Paper to create the essential survival kit for plating, pairing, storing, and enjoying cheese. Each hand printed tote bag features an assortment of accoutrement — honey, jam, and crackers; plating tools — cheese board, cheese knife; and auxiliary essentials — cheese storage paper, cheese journal for field notes. The kit also includes a handy cheat sheet with notes on tasting, serving, and storing cheese.
