Our Slate Board & Knife set combines two of our customer favorites — our all natural slate cheese board and hand-carved wood cheese knife. Cheese boards come in black or red with a natural edge. Sourced from our family quarry in upstate New York, each kit is packaged with a burlap bag alongside soapstone chalk, and anti-slip padded feet, and our pocket-sized cheese tips guide.

The Chef's Choice
Our boards are preferred in restaurants around the world for their craftsmanship and durability. Each board we cut is at least 3/8” thick, making it stronger than most plates and sturdy enough to withstand commercial dishwashers.
