2017 Holiday Shipping Schedule

Please use this map as a guide for shipping orders via UPS Ground. In order for your order to reach its destination by or on December 22, your order must be placed by 11:59p EST on the corresponding cutoff date.

We will continue to make expedited shipping options available after the dates above. To ensure you are selecting the correct expedited shipping method, please refer to the tables below or call us at 877.648.8333.

Any orders placed between December 22 and January 2 will be processed beginning January 3.

Brooklyn Slate Company is not responsible for delayed or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by UPS due to weather or mechanical difficulties. Please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.

Monogram Engraving

If you place a monogram engraving order between 12:00a EST on Friday, December 15 and 11:59p EST on Sunday, December 17, you must select the "1 business day" option on the product page to ensure your order is delivered by Friday, December 22.

Any monogram engraving order placed between 12:00a EST on Friday, December 15 and 11:59p EST on Sunday, December 17 using the "5 business day" option will be processed the week of January 2.

All monogram engraving orders placed between Monday, December 18 and Tuesday, January 2 will be processed that week and ship Friday, January 5.
