Shipping & Return Policy
We are working hard to stay open and stay safe. Online orders will ship as often as possible every week, Monday through Friday. If you have any questions please contact us at email@example.com.
We take great care in manufacturing our goods and do our very best to ensure your order arrives safe and sound. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange*.
Damaged or defective items may be returned or exchanged at no cost. If you choose to return or exchange an item that is not damaged or defective, $15.00 will be held from your refund to cover shipping and restocking. You can also choose to return an item for credit at no additional cost to you.
*All engraved boards and perishable food items sales are final and do not qualify for exchanges or returns.
We ship via UPS to anywhere within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. All orders ship Monday through Friday. All orders ship by UPS Ground unless you specify otherwise. You can select your desired shipping method during the checkout process. Orders placed after 3:30pm will process the next business day, (M-F excluding holidays).
Please note that UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Unfortunately we cannot ship web orders to countries other than the United States at this time. Please visit Williams-Sonoma for international shipping options.
Gifts & Personalized Notes
If you would like to include a personalized note with your order, you may enter it when checking out. All orders shipping to an address different from your billing address will not include a packing slip or any pricing information.
When you submit an engraving order through our site, you are verifying that all information, including art and placement of art, is accurate. We guarantee our craftsmanship completely and that your order will be engraved as you have specified. We cannot accept exchanges or returns on engraved boards.
